Lolë White Tour Toronto, #so awesome

Lolë White Tour Toronto, Yoga Session, Active wear
Last weekend I had the opportunity to attend the Lolë White Tour hosted by the athletic brand Lolë. It was the biggest yoga party in Toronto with over 2,000 yoga enthusiasts gathering at the beautiful Fort York. All attendees were
encouraged to dress in all white to show peace and unity, while we enjoyed a live 1 hour yoga session lead by world-renowned instructors Grace Dubery & Lisa Messina.  Attendees also got to jam to live preformances from artists Dan Mangan and AroarA, enjoyed a tasty healthy vegetarian lunch after the session, and received goodies bags with yellow yoga mats.

I decided to attend the event with my friend who is an avid yoga goer who raves about the benefits of yoga such as increased flexibility, strength and better stress management.
I was a bit hesitant to attend because the thought of displaying my non existent yoga skills with thousands of people surrounding me was a bit intimidating.
However, in the end the experience was incredible, relaxing and so much fun. I went there so stressed and by the end of the session I was totally relaxed. Lastly, being surrounded by thousands of people collectively doing yoga actually made the experience more memorable than intimidating.
I think I may have a yoga addiction now!

Toronto was the 3rd stop of the Lolë White Tour and the next stop will be their largest event to date. They will be hosting a 10,000-person class in New York’s Central Park, before concluding in Los Angeles.
